Role Description
This is a full/part-time hybrid role for an Account Project Manager located in Newtown, VIC, with the flexibility for some remote work. The Account Project Manager will oversee and manage client accounts, coordinate project timelines and budgets, and maintain clear communication between the team and clients. Responsibilities include ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards, fostering strong client relationships, problem‐solving, and ensuring project objectives are achieved on schedule.
Qualifications
* Strong Account Management and Customer Service skills to build and nurture long‐term client relationships while managing their expectations effectively.
* Proficiency in Budgeting and Analytical Skills to plan, monitor, and manage project costs and evaluate outcomes for improvements.
* Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to clearly convey project goals and status to team members and clients.
* Strong organizational and project management abilities to handle multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
* Proven experience in the design, branding, or digital space would be a valuable asset.
* Proficiency with project management tools and software is advantageous.
