BD is seeking an experienced, energetic and commercially driven National Sales Manager – Urology to lead and develop our sales organisation across Australia and New Zealand. In this high‐visibility leadership role, you'll steer strategy, elevate capability, strengthen customer partnerships, and drive growth across a competitive and clinically demanding portfolio.

Your Day‐to‐Day
As National Sales Manager, you will lead a talented team of Territory Managers and drive execution across hospitals, surgeons, procurement leaders and key clinical decision‐makers.
Your Day Will Include
* Leading, coaching and developing a high‐performing national sales team
* Building and executing national strategies to deliver revenue, margin and market share growth
* Supporting field teams with joint customer visits, complex negotiations and strategic account planning
* Strengthening customer relationships across Urology departments, theatres, procurement and key hospital stakeholders
* Partnering with Marketing, Clinical, Sales Operations and Supply Chain to drive aligned execution
* Monitoring performance, pipelines and forecasting accuracy via SFDC
* Providing strategic insights to ANZ leadership on market trends and competitive activity
* Driving sales capability, culture, accountability and continuous improvement
* Representing BD at major conferences, workshops and industry events
This is a role for someone who loves leading from the front while building capability and culture across a national team.
About You
You're a proven commercial leader with a track record of success - both personally as a sales rep and as a people manager. You lead with passion, clarity and purpose, and you know how to build high‐performing, motivated teams.
You'll Bring
* Experience as a successful medical device sales rep
* 2-3+ years' experience managing sales teams (state or national)
* Background in Urology, Surgical Devices or Theatre environments (highly desirable)
* Strong commercial acumen and ability to develop winning strategies
* Excellent coaching, communication and stakeholder‐management skills
* Confidence engaging surgeons, theatre teams and hospital procurement
* Experience managing pipelines, forecasts and complex deals
* Ability to inspire teams, lift capability and drive accountability
* A growth mindset and passion for elevating performance
