About The Role
We are seeking a friendly, organised, and professional Real Estate Receptionist to join a busy real estate office based in Western Sydney. As the first point of contact for clients, tenants and prospective buyers or renters, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and supporting the daily operations of the team with administrative and front-of-house duties.

Key Responsibilities

* Greet and welcome clients, tenants, and visitors as they arrive, ensuring a warm and professional first impression.
* Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails; respond to general enquiries or redirect to relevant agents/team members.
* Professionally manage walk-ins and schedule appointments for sales or property inspections.
* Provide general administrative support: data entry, filing, processing and organising documents, preparing listing-packs or open home kits, updating records in CRM or property-management software.
* Maintain the reception area, meeting rooms, and office environment to ensure the space is tidy, presentable and client-ready at all times.
* Assist the sales and leasing/property-management team as required - which may include coordinating inspections, liaising with tenants/owners, handling paperwork and helping with marketing materials.

What We're Looking For

* A friendly, professional and well-presented individual with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong organisational skills, high attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and the willingness to learn real estate / property-management software (or existing experience with CRM/property-management systems is a plus).
* A positive, proactive attitude, ability to work both independently and as part of a team, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
* Previous experience in a reception, administrative or customer-service role is desirable; real estate/ property-management background is a plus but not essential.
