**About the Company**
We have a fantastic opening to join a Global Leader within the Logistics Industry. Based in over 220 Countries, our client prides themselves on delivering a high-end service, specialising in courier services and international shipping. They are seeking an experienced Customer Service Administrator with great customer focus to join their growing team in South-West Sydney.
**About the role**
- Using Oracle, SAP and/or related ERP/CRM systems and Outlook to communicate with customers and clients within an SLA professionally
- You will be based in the national call centre hub answering high-volume calls
- KPI Driven and willing to meet SLA
- Maintain data integrity, confidentiality, and accuracy - high attention to detail is a must
- Tracking and tracing deliveries via spreadsheets - Excel understanding is a must in this position
- Updating clients in delivery performance, consignments, and tracking reports
- Other Adhoc Customer service tasks where applicable or according to business requirements
**About you**
For this fantastic opportunity, you will display a variety of the below attributes to be the perfect fit:
- Excellent Data integrity, efficiency, and accuracy with great attention to detail
- MS Office skills - Must include an understanding of Excel
- Superior communication skills, both written and verbal - Call Centre experience
- Knowledge of previous experience in ERP/CRM or similar systems - _essential but not needed_
- Ability to work within a high volume, fast-paced environment with excellent multitasking and organisational skills to ensure all deadlines and priorities are met efficiently and effectively.
- Reliability, Punctuality, and Commitment
- A strong team and task focus - must be a team player
- Flexibility for three shifts - 8am - 4am, 9am - 5pm, and 10 am-6 pm - Monday to Friday
- Prior Transport/Supply Chain & Logistics Industry experience is desirable
