What you'll be doing
* Managing inbound orders via phone and email, ensuring accuracy, correct pricing and prompt processing
* Supporting customers with product enquiries and resolving issues with a friendly, solutions-focused approach
* Liaising daily with the warehouse and logistics team to make sure deliveries run smoothly
* Spotting opportunities for add-on sales and occasionally reaching out to existing customers to strengthen relationships
* Keeping an eye on competitor activity and market trends, sharing insights with the team
* Contributing to a positive team culture and helping continuous improvement across the business

You'll be a great fit if you have
* Previous experience in customer service, sales support or order processing (ideally within a product-based business)
* Strong communication skills, a positive phone manner and a knack for building rapport
* Ability to stay organised, accurate and calm under pressure
* Experience with ERP systems (Pronto would be a bonus) and solid Excel skills
