We are looking for a hands‐on Maintenance Assistant to join the team full-time at Overstone Lakes Holiday Park.
Set within beautiful lakes and woodland, the park offers a peaceful environment with a range of facilities that require ongoing upkeep. This is a varied role ideal for someone practical, reliable, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
What you'll be doing:
* Carrying out general maintenance across the park
* Basic plumbing, electrical, and repair work
* Grounds maintenance and upkeep of outdoor areas
* Responding to maintenance requests from guests and homeowners
* Supporting with health & safety checks and compliance
* Assisting with seasonal preparation and general site improvements
What we're looking for:
* Practical, hands‐on approach with good problem‐solving skills
* Experience in general maintenance or a trade background
* Ability to work independently and manage workload
* Good communication and teamwork skills
* Full UK driving licence (preferred)
* Flexible and willing to work weekends when required
Desirable:
* Experience working in a holiday park, caravan park, or similar environment
* Basic qualifications in plumbing, electrical, or maintenance trades
