Working as part of a rapidly expanding team, this role will play an integral part in the successful implementation of ServiceNow solutions, and will be responsible for the overall design and architecture of the Service Management strategy and implementation of ServiceNow tooling.
To be successful in this role, you must have experience in:
Service Management / ITSM
ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM products
Solution design, engineering and architecture
design, planning and build of integrations
Business case / impact development
In addition to this, any experience with cloud computing, DevOps, and consulting would be highly desirable.
