As a Production Executive, you will be responsible for managing various aspects of live theatre productions, from contracting and staffing to vendor management and travel coordination.
Main Responsibilities
* Contract Management: Assist with drafting employment contracts, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
* Staffing Support: Facilitate the employee onboarding process, assist with hiring, payroll, and expense processing, and ensure all regulatory requirements are met.
* Vendor Relations: Establish and maintain relationships with vendors, oversee payment processing, and guide them through complex processes to meet company policies.
* Travel Logistics: Coordinate travel arrangements, manage immigration requirements, and provide logistical support as needed.
