The company Small Interior Design firm, supporting large scale projects across Australia and within a range of sectors. The role 8-16 hours per week anticipated, working from home. However you will need to be Melbourne based for any in-person meetings with the Business Director. You will be an experienced business administrator to assist with a wide range of activities autonomously, ideally having supported in an Architecture / Design Studio. Typical tasks may include: HR support - advertising new positions, screening applicants, booking interviews Resourcing - scheduling work rosters and managing timesheet hours Managing insurances and other business policies Project administration Accounts support and invoicing Reporting You will have Experience in a design practice preferred Solid experience within business administration and implementing robust processes Excellent software and technology skills A flexible approach to work Able to work autonomously Great communication skills, verbal and written If your experience fits the brief, are specifically looking for a part time role, and are comfortable with working in a remote position, we'd love to hear from you.
