Batch Plant Supervisor – Mobile Projects

Description
We are seeking an experienced Batch Plant Supervisor to join our team at the Mobile Project site. As a key member of the operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the production requirements meet both manufacturing costs and customer expectations.
The primary focus of the role will be to operate and maintain the concrete batching plants to produce concrete to approved mix designs and project specifications. You will also be responsible for maintaining plant and equipment in a cost-effective manner to deliver high utilization.
Your responsibilities will include commitment to RGA Safety standards with demonstrated safety leadership behaviours, ensuring pre-starts are completed daily by all personnel and maintenance records are updated, and hands on maintenance to minimize breakdowns within own competency.
You will also be responsible for stock control and ordering of all batch plant materials, supporting the Project Manager with scheduling maintenance for all P&E and trucks, driving agitator Trucks when required, and accurate batching of orders to meet the requirements of specified mix designs.
