Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for a Sales Executive based in Perth, WA, with opportunities to work both on-site and from home. Responsibilities include identifying and developing new client relationships, conducting property viewings, negotiating deals, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the real estate market. The role also involves supporting marketing efforts, contributing to team projects, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction throughout transactions.
Qualifications
Proven Sales and Negotiation skills with a focus on building strong client relationships
Familiarity with Real Estate market trends and regulations
Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills
Basic skills in Digital Marketing and Marketing Campaigns
Proficiency in Time Management and Organization
Strong Team Collaboration and Independent Work capabilities
A current Real Estate Registration or License (or willingness to obtain one)
Previous experience in Real Estate or Sales is highly regarded
