We are expanding our business and are currently looking for a Showroom Sales Administrator to work in our showroom based in Dandnong.
As part of the role, you will assist both our valued trade and retail customers, demonstrating a high level of product knowledge, providing expert advice and showing dedication and commitment in delivering high quality customer service.
This is a full-time position Monday - Friday 9am - 4:30pm (with weekend work required - Saturday 10am - 3.30pm).

Operating in the Dandenong, we are a growing Natural Stone supplier
The primary role of the Warehouse Assistant includes the receiving and processing of incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders for stock, packing, and shipping orders and managing, organising and retrieving stock in the warehouse.
**KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Perform receiving, unloading, counting, and stocking physical inventory in the warehouse
- Load, unload, open boxes, crates and other containers
- Inspect items to ensure they're not damaged or faulty and adjust inventory accordingly
- Maintain safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, inventory space and work stations neat; (can include sweeping and vacuuming)
- Arrange the warehouse and workspace to maintain tidiness consistently
- Ensure items are stored in the correct location/shelf, stacked properly, and clearly marked and labelled.
- Perform stock take periodically on all products in the warehouse
- Guarantee that all stock movements are documented to maintain precision, facilitate stock rotation, and adhere to the first-in, first-out principle.
- Disposing of packing material, carton boxes, products appropriately
- Proficiency in operating overhead crane ensuring the proper maintenance of equipment.
- Complete daily inventory record in the system for delivered, outgoings/issuance
- Liaise with suppliers, and transport companies as and when required in a timely manner
- Undertake daily activities such as receiving goods, taking counts, storing, and issuing stock, and dispatching orders to customers
- Coordinate activities with other departments
- Identify areas of improvement and adjust existing work procedures and practices
- Perform other related work as required
**REQUIREMENT AND SKILLS**
- **MUST HAVE: A current forklift licence**:
- Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations
- Proven experience as a warehouse worker
- Proficiency in basic computer skills (Microsoft Office - Excel, Work, Outlook, Teams)
- Good organisation and time management
- Must be physically able to operate a variety of equipment including pallet jack, etc
- Ability to lift and carry weights frequently of more than 20kg
- Ability to read and prepare a variety of correspondence, reports, logs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Expected hours: 38 to 40 per week
