Our mission is to be the trusted partner in sustainability and efficiency.About the opportunity:Supporting customers in the Industrial Automation sector within our Pacific Zone of Australia and New Zealand, the successful candidate will ensure smooth operations, troubleshoot faults, and support products including GeoSCADA, AVEVA System Platform, and AVEVA Plant SCADA.
The role involves collaboration across teams to enhance customer experience.Key responsibilities:Investigate and resolve complex software issues, propose workaroundsDocument activities and findings accurately in case management systemsContribute to digital self-help materials and internal knowledge sharingCollaborate with other support centers and departmentsEnsure positive customer interactions through empathetic communicationEngage in continuous learning and team contributionAbout you:Candidates should have 2-4 years of Application Support experience, preferably within an ASX top 100 company, with understanding of software architecture, SDLC, and automation hardware communications.
