* You will be responsible for building relationships with clients and candidates, managing job postings, conducting interviews, and collaborating with the team to achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Proactively engage with and grow our candidate community using CRM software.
* Interview qualified candidates, manage their experience, and support them in finding their ideal role.
* Manage jobs, handle various recruitment processes, including posting job ads, searching databases, and interviewing candidates.
* Business Development: use sales and marketing techniques to attract new clients and arrange meetings.
* Team Collaboration: work closely with a supportive and enthusiastic team.
Requirements:
* Recent graduates or those about to graduate this year.
* Individuals with 1-3 years of experience in a corporate role, ideally in Sales or Customer Service centric roles.
