The Role
Drive revenue and margin growth through strategic account management and new business development in sectors such as farming, irrigation, and water management.
Build and strengthen relationships with dealers, deliver customer-focused sales strategies, and execute initiatives that support long-term success. This role combines technical expertise with commercial acumen, ideal for someone passionate about creating valuable, lasting customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
* Take ownership of sales performance and key account relationships within the dealer network.
* Develop and execute strategies to increase market share and expand product presence.
* Plan and implement quarterly travel and call schedules to maintain strong customer engagement.
* Drive account-level Go-To-Market (GTM) initiatives, including training and product support.
* Collaborate across supply chain, operations, and field sales teams to deliver service excellence.
* Maintain accurate CRM records of activities, contacts, and opportunities.
* Identify new business opportunities through research, networking, cold calling, and industry events.
