Overview
We currently have an exciting opportunity to join the Cedar Health Service team as Administration Officer, where you will be responsible for:
* Serving as the first point of contact, delivering respectful, professional, and responsive customer service to clients and stakeholders.
* Managing client appointments, records, and data using electronic health and practice management systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
* Providing administrative support to the Clinical Team Leader and assisting with financial, HR, and resource management tasks.
* Contributing to quality improvement initiatives by reviewing processes, supporting risk management, and enhancing service delivery.
* Fostering a positive, culturally sensitive, and safe work environment aligned with SA Health values and promoting equitable access for diverse communities.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Proven ability to communicate effectively with clients, staff, and external agencies, both verbally and in writing.
* Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise competing workloads and exercise initiative and judgement.
* Experience providing administrative support in sensitive environments, including domestic and family violence and trauma settings, handling confidential information with discretion.
* Proficient in client management systems, record keeping, and advanced use of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
* Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team and contribute positively to workplace culture.
* Knowledge of administrative, financial, and purchasing procedures within health and welfare services, along with an understanding of common health issues faced by clients.
