Overview
You will assist the Ecommerce Manager with delivering profitable sales growth, best in class on site merchandising and optimised customer experience through effective implementation of the Ecommerce Strategy. This role will be based in our Support Centre in Alexandria, NSW.

You Will
* Manage the day-to-day Online operations that are critical to achieving revenue budget through effective implementation of the Ecommerce strategy and continuous improvement of onsite UX, working with the Ecommerce Manager and Ecommerce Coordinator
* Manage product enrichment and set-up on Seafolly websites and Marketplaces which includes scheduling and testing of promotions and website assets (website banners, page content, promo codes).
* Perform daily site walks of our websites to identify any areas for continued improvement and revenue opportunities.
* Actively analyse and report against Ecommerce KPIs and budget.
* Undertake performance analysis across all sites for new campaigns and functionality.
* Provide weekly actionable insights to achieve Ecommerce budget.
* Support the implementation and execution of digital marketing strategies to drive ecommerce revenue, with particular attention to Paid Media Ads, EDMs, SMS, SEO and Affiliates.
You have
* 1-3 years experience in a similar Ecommerce role (Fashion retail experience desirable but not essential)
* Microsoft Excel proficiency
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* Strong interest in delivering the best customer experience
* Organised with strong time management skills
* Good understanding of Google Analytics
* Experience with Shopify and Klaviyo is desirable
* Driven to succeed with a collaborative style, interest in continually improving
