Allied Credit is a leading vehicle finance firm with strategic alliances with global car, marine and motorcycle brands. Offering white label, joint venture and floorplan finance, our proprietary software provides a seamless, convenient and customer-focused finance service to consumers and businesses.
We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager for our Dealership distribution channel to provide leadership to a team of Relationship Managers and assist the Head of Sales and Chief Commercial Officer in the development and deployment of key strategic initiatives. This role will have travel requirements for regional dealership visits, trade shows and conferences.
What you will be doing
•Assuming full P&L accountability for the region.
•Driving effective growth, acquisition and retention strategies, and establishing a strong profile with key industry stakeholders.
•Conduct detailed performance analysis of the market to develop strategies for maximising performance.
•Ensuring the constant development of staff and supporting them to execute the Company’s sales strategy.
•Ensuring continuous training for team members and external parties with the company product delivery systems.
•Ensuring the team enhances the reputation of the company by delivering on all commitments to Introducers or Partner networks.
•Provide input to senior management and Marketing staff with dealer, manufacturer and product marketing, including promotion planning and design, and Introducer/Dealer POS requirements
Your background
•Experience in the retail and wholesale credit industry, ideally with an existing network of contacts in vehicle dealerships.
•Relevant tertiary qualifications with finely tuned commercial acumen and knowledge of corporate structures.
•Exceptional relationship-building, networking and communication skills.
•Proven problem-solving, influencing and presentation abilities using PowerPoint or equivalent.
•Customer-focused and strategic mindset to deliver outcomes for internal and external stakeholders.
•Proficient in Excel and data analysis with the ability to master new business technologies.
