We are seeking a full-time, permanent Site Supervisor to oversee the delivery of maintenance services for both residential and vacant properties in Kalgoorlie, WA.
In this dynamic and fast-paced role, you will be responsible for preparing job quotations, managing variations, addressing defects, and coordinating subcontractors to ensure efficient, high-quality service delivery.
Key skills and responsibilities:
* Manage trades to conduct timely, high quality work;
* Scheduling subcontractors/trades to meet deadlines;
* Scoping of works;
* Quality inspections;
* Confident and friendly, and MUST be able to work autonomously;
* Exceptional time management and organisational skills;
* Good communication skills (polite, courteous and respectful)
Essential:
* Trade or building background preferred but not essential;
* Previous experience managing and supervising trades essential;
* Must have a current Drivers Licence;
* White Card essential or willing to obtain prior to appointment;
* National Police Check
