Crow's Nest State School is seeking a Head of Special Education Services to join the team.
The temporary Head of Special Education Services position will support students from Prep to Year 10 within a cluster of three schools.

Provide leadership and support across the cluster of schools
Promote an inclusive culture and practices within the school community
Develop and support a high quality of teaching and adjustments for students with a disability
Support teachers to write Personalised Learning Plans
Lead whole school NCCD processes
Lead Student Wellbeing Teams to support the social/emotional development of students
Work as a part of the school's Leadership Team to achieve goals and targets as outlined in the AIP
Manage human, financial, facilities and curriculum resources to achieve goals
