Their Brisbane office operates as a small satellite office, where one of the Senior Partners is present five days per fortnight. Due to the busy tax season and growing client demands, this highly experienced Partner is seeking hands-on support to service a range of business clients in tax and business advisory matters. They are looking for a Part-time Intermediate Tax Accountant. This role is ideal for an undergraduate accounting student with 1–2 years’ Australian public practice experience or a recent graduate with a similar level of Australian public practice experience, seeking part-time employment. The firm is not accepting candidates on visas. Strong proficiency in Xero, MYOB, Intuit or Reckon is essential. A qualification in Accounting, Bookkeeping or a related field is required and experience with SMSFs is highly regarded. The position is structured over five days per fortnight—two days one week and three the next—working closely with the Partner when they are in the Brisbane office to ensure effective collaboration and support.
