Our client provides commercial solutions across grain, cotton, horticulture, and turf sectors. This fast growing company is on a mission to revolutionise agriculture through smarter, sustainable practices.
Based in Toowoomba, you'll lead national sales strategy, grow the sales team, and build strong customer and partner relationships. This is a chance to play a key role in a purpose driven company redefining the future of farming.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive growth
* Lead and coach a high-performing sales team
* Build lasting relationships with farmers, partners, and stakeholders
* Drive lead generation, pipeline development, and forecasting
* Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align strategies
About You
* Proven B2B sales success, ideally in AgTech or agriculture
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Skilled in sales strategy, pipeline management, and CRM use
* Excellent communicator and negotiator, passionate about agriculture innovation
* Comfortable with travel
