We are seeking an individual who can demonstrate:

* Significant experience leading multidisciplinary teams to deliver high profile and complex programs or projects within challenging timeframes
* The ability to operate confidently in environments characterised by uncertainty, legislative complexity and competing priorities
* A strong record of building effective relationships with senior stakeholders and achieving outcomes through collaboration and influence
* The capacity to deliver results through sound governance, project management and strategic oversight
* A commitment to the values of the Western Australian public sector and the ability to model leadership behaviours consistent with the department's expectations
