This is a hands-on internal sales role in a well-established fasteners and industrial supplies business. You’ll be on the phones, backing up the counter, and working closely with the team to keep orders moving. It’s a proper team environment. Everyone chips in, whether that’s taking orders, helping in the warehouse during busy periods, or making sure customers are looked after. What You’ll Do Answer incoming calls and process customer orders Support the front counter and assist walk-in customers Pick, check, and coordinate orders with the warehouse Assist with stock and general branch tasks when needed Build strong relationships with regular customers About You Sales or customer service experience. Trade exposure is a plus Willing to learn and get involved across the business Builds rapport easily Reliable, team-focused, and happy to pitch in Forklift licence is an advantage, not essential Driver’s licence and full Australian working rights required Why Colmark?
