Overview
The Northern Adelaide Local Health Network (NALHN) is at an important point in its digital maturity journey, and it needs an experienced operations professional to help lead that work. If you bring a sharp eye for digital systems, a collaborative approach, and the ability to translate technical complexity into operational outcomes, this is a role worth your attention.
Responsibilities
* Overseeing digital operations functions to ensure system reliability, continuity, and performance across clinical and administrative environments
* Coordinating with ICT, clinical, and operational stakeholders to prioritise issues and deliver timely resolutions within NALHN and Digital Health SA
* Contributing to digital improvement initiatives and supporting change management as new technologies are implemented
* Maintaining clear documentation, reporting, and governance practices that meet SA Health standards
Qualifications and Experience
* Demonstrated experience managing digital or ICT operations within a complex, multi‐site organisation
* Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work effectively across clinical and non‐clinical teams
* Experience with incident management, system escalation processes, and operational governance
* Familiarity with health information systems or enterprise platforms used in public sector healthcare settings
* Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deliver under operational pressure
* An understanding of SA Health or broader Australian public health digital frameworks is highly regarded
* Strong understanding of Cybersecurity and Incident Management Reporting

In this role you will have strong interpersonal and communication skills which will enable you to successfully problem solve, resolve conflicts and negotiate, including the ability to engage in difficult conversations, whilst building and maintaining relationships. An ability to effectively manage multiple, diverse and competing priorities and demonstrated resilience within a stressful and complex environment is essential to this role.
