Head of Enabling Services Leader
The Head of Enabling Services is a strategic leader responsible for driving the overall direction and management of the Enabling Services branch.
This position works closely with corporate function heads who report directly to it, including the Chief Financial Officer. The Head of Enabling Services reports to the Deputy Commissioner – Integrity, Reform and Enabling Services and serves as an advisor to the Commission's Executive Board.
* Set and drive organisational vision and operational strategy to build organisational capability through effective collaboration with the Commissioner and the Executive.
* Leverage strategic direction for the Enabling Services Group and lead delivery of efficient and effective corporate functions.
Key Responsibilities:
As a key member of the organisation, you will be responsible for driving the following initiatives:
* Strategic support and guidance on HR initiatives across the Commission.
* Development of the Commission's workforce, corporate and business plans.
* Effective governance, risk management and compliance for all corporate functions.
* Timely and efficient compliance with legislative and statutory requirements.
* Integration and advancement of IT, artificial intelligence, and cybersecurity initiatives.
* Resource management aligned to the Commission's priorities.
* Development, implementation, and communication of corporate policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Skill Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills. You should have a strong understanding of organisational development, human resources, and governance principles. Additionally, you will need to be able to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities, as well as develop and implement innovative solutions to complex problems.
