various Heavy Civil Construction Projects in the tender phase in Perth and Brisbane
-Location:
Perth/ Brisbane (100% On-site).

-Summary:
we are seeking an experienced Asset Managers to oversee the strategic planning, operation, and lifecycle management of high-value infrastructure assets, including sports facilities, hospitals, and airports. The role involves supporting tender teams and project delivery partners to ensure that asset management considerations are embedded from early design through construction and into long-term operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring that design, maintenance, and operational decisions optimise the asset's performance, reliability, sustainability, and whole-of-life cost. This role is suitable for professionals with experience in complex infrastructure assets, multidisciplinary collaboration, and strategic asset lifecycle management.
-Responsibilities:
* Lead the development and implementation of Asset Management Plans (AMPs), policies, and lifecycle strategies for complex infrastructure assets.
* Provide asset management input during tender and design phases, ensuring key performance, maintainability, and operational requirements are captured.
* Coordinate with design, construction, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration between asset creation and maintenance strategies.
* Establish and maintain asset data registers, maintenance plans, and condition monitoring systems (CMMS, BIM, or digital twin platforms).
* Support the definition of KPIs, service level agreements (SLAs), and performance monitoring frameworks aligned with ISO 55000 standards.
* Manage interfaces between stakeholders, including contractors, authorities, and facility operators, ensuring asset value preservation.
* Conduct risk and criticality analysis for major components to support investment and maintenance planning decisions.
* Support sustainability initiatives through energy efficiency, materials selection, and optimised asset life-cycle cost analysis.
* Contribute to reporting, dashboards, and performance monitoring for senior management and clients.
-Requirements:
* Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related discipline; postgraduate qualification in Asset Management highly regarded.
* Proven experience in asset management within large public infrastructure projects, ideally in stadiums, healthcare, or aviation sectors.
* Familiarity with design and construction environments, particularly PPP, D&C, or EPC frameworks. Sound understanding of ISO 55000, facilities management principles, and digital asset management tools.
* Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to interpret asset data and performance indicators.
* Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and organisational skills.
-Working Hours:
Monday to Friday- 40 hours weekly
