Job Location

Job Summary
In this role, you will report to the Construction Manager – MSCP. You will monitor that the contractor is compliant with project specifications and requirements.
Major Responsibilities
* Coordinate activities with other disciplines or areas and technical representatives, as instructed by construction management to ensure program delivery priorities are maintained.
* Review all contractor submittals including construction schedules, costs, reports, and changes.
* Coordinate data for reports and forecasts, including summaries of construction progress and expenditure forecasts.
* Support and assist internal stakeholders regarding onsite project related activities and logistics.
* Actively monitor contractor compliance with safety requirements and encourage contractors to perform in a safe manner.
* Monitor work activities and the quality of work performed by the contractor.
* Coordinate service providers for technical inspections of the project contractor's works.
Education and Experience Requirements
Required bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 5–8 years of relevant experience, or 9–12 years of relevant work experience.
Required Knowledge and Skills
* Demonstrated experience in the successful management of major projects in the building industry.
* Experience in multi‐storey carparks is an advantage.
* Knowledge of related construction practices and the economics involved and current knowledge of new methods of design and construction.
* High level of interpersonal and communication skills with demonstrable delivery of leadership and behavioural change within a large organisation and with outside organisations.
* Ability to influence and engage in a collaborative working environment with internal and external stakeholders while maintaining necessary levels of commercial awareness.
* Prior delivery partner or client‐side project management experience is preferred but not essential.
