Employment Type: Casual & Permanent Part-Time Available
Hourly Rate: $28.50–$33.00+ + Super + Allowances
Supervisor Rate: Up to $35.00/hr + Team Leader Allowance

We service high-end Airbnb, NDIS, residential and commercial clients across the region, and we’re scaling fast. With over 450+ active properties, a central office in Dunsborough Lakes, and booming partnerships with premium property managers, we’re looking to bring in the right people to grow with us.
We’re Hiring For:
- Cleaners – Casual or Part Time (to be discussed)
- Cleaning Supervisor / Lead Cleaner – Casual or Part Time (with allowance & bonus perks)
What You'll Be Doing
- High-end cleaning in Airbnbs, private homes, clinics & offices
- Working in a team of 2 to 4
- Maintaining THYNK’s super high standards — we're talking zig-zag vacuum lines, folded loo paper, and sparkling kitchens. We don't just wipe over (So please don't apply if you aren't prepared to get on your hands and knees and check under couches)
- Logging start/finish times & job photos via app
- Reading & following job notes with precision
- Occasionally supervising & training junior staff (for supervisors)
What We’re Looking For
✅ Eye for detail – you see the crumbs under the toaster, the toothpaste marks and hairs.
✅ Reliable transport and license (We have company cars however, you may be required to use your car from time to time **ALLOWANCES WILL BE PAID)
✅ Confidence with apps/phones to check rosters & log jobs
✅ Flexibility to work across the South West (spanning up to 30mins from Dunsborough)
✅ A love of cleanliness, team spirit, and taking pride in your work
Bonus Points For:
Previous cleaning experience
Police clearance (or willingness to get one)
Supervisor or team leader experience (or a willingness to grow into it!)
