Your Key Responsibilities
* Welcome and register owners and guests with exceptional service.
* Offer insightful information on local attractions to enhance their experience.
* Process department-related paperwork efficiently.
* Utilize communication tools, including telephones, fax machines, and computers.
* Engage with guests face-to-face to generate sales appointments for our sales centers.
* Establish meaningful connections and build rapport with customers.
* Collaborate closely with the resort operations team to deliver outstanding service.
* Clearly communicate the benefits of exploring our travel community.
* Meet established targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Requirements
* Previous experience in a similar hospitality role.
* A genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service and engaging with the local community.
* Excellent communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
* An enthusiastic, self-motivated, and positive attitude.
* Impeccable presentation and professional grooming standards.
* High levels of computer literacy.
* Previous experience with property management systems (PMS) is advantageous.
* The ability to recognize and resolve problems effectively in the workplace.
* A flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, public holidays, and school breaks.
