The Role
Reporting to the Regional General Manager, manage a 50+ bed residential village.
Responsibilities
* Operations: manage budget, rosters and daily village life.
* Compliance: maintain Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards and optimise AN-ACC funding.
* Culture: mentor department heads and foster a positive working environment.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Significant experience in Aged Care management.
* Strong knowledge of AN-ACC, clinical governance and budget management.
* Empathetic leader with focus on staff wellbeing.
