Senior Manager
This pivotal role involves managing a dedicated group of business clients, acting as their trusted advisor and mentor to junior staff. The position requires reviewing financial statements, tax returns and maintaining a commercial mindset across productivity, WIP and client performance.
* Manage a portfolio of clients and provide workflow oversight and technical guidance.
* Mentor and support junior staff with structured career plans and defined KPIs.
* Contribute to growth and innovation projects, shaping firm processes and driving commercial success.
This role can be tailored from Manager up to Director, with a clear path for progression through to partnership.
