An exciting opportunity exists for an RN to join our community nursing team. This is a full-time Registered Nurse position, working a rotating roster that includes weekend and evening shifts.
Employment Type: Permanent Full Time and Temporary Full Time (until 5 April 2026) roles available.
Position Classification: Registered Nurse.
Remuneration: $1,382.80 - $1,941.40 per week.

Where you'll be working: The Community RN provides quality care to patients in the community, in their homes or a clinic setting, using an individualised, holistic, and person-centred approach. This position is located with the Mona Vale team in Northern Sydney Home Nursing Service, working out of the Mona Vale Community Health Centre.
What You'll Be Doing: Holistic care of patients in their homes, including comprehensive assessments, medication management, CVAD management, chronic complex and acute wound care, palliative and end-of-life care, catheter and continence management. Liaise with LMO and multidisciplinary health teams. Full orientation program provided to assist RNs in transitioning to community nursing.

Candidates Will Need To Meet The Following Criteria:
* Registered Nurse – Division 1 with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
* Demonstrated ability to work well within a multidisciplinary team, with an emphasis on service delivery, patient safety, quality of care, and team cohesion.
* Current NSW Driver's Licence.
