Chinese Language Educator
We are seeking an accomplished Chinese language educator to join our team.
* To deliver engaging and informative lessons to students, promoting their proficiency in Chinese and appreciation for the culture.
* To develop and implement curricula that meet the needs of students, including Unit 3/4 VCE Chinese Language, Culture and Society.
This subject involves exploring the language, social structures, traditions, and contemporary cultural practices of diverse Chinese-speaking communities. Students will develop critical thinking skills, analyzing different aspects of cultures and societies, and gain insight into connections between cultures and societies.
The language studied is Modern Standard Chinese.
Key Responsibilities:
* To teach Chinese across our Junior School (Foundation to Year 6) and Senior School (Year 7 to Year 12).
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
* Teacher registration or eligibility for registration in Australia.
* Proven ability to communicate effectively with students and colleagues.
