As a digital leader in the Melbourne office, you will also support the development of the project pipeline, shaping and growing opportunities to work with our clients. You will navigate and be working across multiple projects, providing geospatial expertise to technical and non-technical stakeholders. You won't be alone, joining a multi-disciplinary digital team of over 100 subject matter experts based across Beca's digital hubs. You'll need to be comfortable working across the Esri platform including ArcGIS Pro and Online environments as well as having a good understanding of spatial methodologies and how to apply these to real world problems. Experience in ETL tools such as FME would also be an advantage. You will need to be curious and comfortable asking questions to discover the most appropriate solution with our clients' outcomes in mind. This role will enable you to leverage your technical skillset to support our geospatial data, analytics, software, and consulting offering in a real-world setting, helping with the delivery of current Beca digital projects both in Australia and globally. You will be someone who enjoys applying their technical subject matter expertise to make things happen for our clients. You'll have a strong grounding in the application of geospatial tools to solve real world problems, preferably with an inquisitive mindset and the willingness to develop your skills further in the industry. You will enjoy variety, with our teams working across different projects, industries, and disciplines with a range of both internal Beca project teams and our external clients.
