Your Role
Here's what you will be doing:
* Work in a team of consultants specialising in industrial vibration applications, machine reliability, structural dynamics, and structural design.
* Participate in vibration data collection and analysis to address structural integrity, fatigue failure, machine reliability, and fluid dynamics issues.
* Use specialised hardware and software for data acquisition, finite element modelling (static, dynamic, acoustic), and engineering analysis tools such as MATLAB and Python.
* Travel throughout Queensland and other states for fieldwork.
About You
The company is looking for:
* A degree or postgraduate qualifications in mechanical engineering or a similar science degree.
* Interest and knowledge in vibration, dynamics, stress analysis, and/or acoustics.
* Skills in computational modelling and engineering programming (e.g., ANSYS, MATLAB, Python, or similar applications).
* Competent writing and communication skills.
* Willingness to travel for field work.
* A team player who can also work independently when required.
* Recent Mechanical Engineering Graduate or candidate with 0–2 years' experience.
