How You'll Make Impact:
* Lead strategy and execution for our Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) and Identity Fraud Prevention platforms, ensuring secure and effortless access for millions of customers.
* Drive innovation in identity, authentication/authorization, and fraud detection, balancing security with a frictionless user experience.
* Shape the future of passwordless authentication, SSO, adaptive security, and AI-driven fraud detection, collaborating with engineering, data, and design teams.
* Work with 3P services and shape strategic direction in identity and security.
What You'll Do:
* Understand how products fit into Xero's strategy and objectives through networking.
* Conduct research and gather insights from customers to inform product roadmap and planning.
* Define customer problems and develop solutions with relevant teams.
* Build relationships with internal stakeholders and collaborate effectively.
* Develop product strategies, including securing funding and resourcing.
* Participate in the annual and quarterly OKR processes with support from leadership.
* Manage risks related to security, privacy, compliance, and data use, consulting stakeholders and making trade-offs as needed.
What You'll Bring With You:
* Experience with customer journeys around authentication, including MFA and SSO.
* Knowledge of login processes for various user types.
* Experience managing stakeholder relationships, including with large customers and government authorities.
* Ability to balance security and user experience, reducing friction while maintaining security.
* Focus on improving user experience and reducing sign-up friction.
