You will be joining an experienced team of liability loss adjusters and will be supported by a charismatic leader, who will provide the tools necessary for you and the team to succeed.
About You You will be an exceptional liability adjuster with a proven track record of working with liability claims, where you've consistently achieved exceptional results for your clients.
In addition, you will: Be strategic and solutions focused with a passion for delivering high quality outcomes for your clients, every time Be an accomplished senior or executive liability loss adjuster who has a strong visible market presence and following Be a strong communicator, passionate about driving a culture of collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to promote knowledge sharing and skill development Be willing to take the next step in your career, where you will have direct and ongoing access to Department Heads as part of your growth journey and be willing to undertake further professional studies Key Requirements A minimum of 2-5 years of liability adjusting experience Current and valid Driver's License Market presence and following Chartered Loss Adjuster accreditation (highly desirable) Proven ability to establish strong relationships with key stakeholders, negotiate effectively and work through conflict constructively Crawford is committed to being an inclusive workplace that employs and retains the best and most diverse talent.
