Your Key Responsibilities Will Include
* Proactively managing cabin safety, performing pre‐flight checks, and confidently leading emergency procedures if required.
* Building a positive, supportive, and professional rapport with your fellow crew members to create a seamless onboard environment.
* Delivering attentive and personalised customer service that makes each passenger's journey comfortable and enjoyable.
* Maintaining clear, calm, and effective communication with both the flight deck and your cabin team throughout every flight.
* Providing thoughtful assistance to guests with diverse needs, including those who may require extra help or cultural consideration.
* Upholding the highest standards of personal presentation, professional conduct, and a positive, can‐do attitude at all times.
To Be Eligible, You Must Meet The Following Requirements
* Be a minimum of 18 years of age.
* Possess exceptional written and spoken English skills (Language Proficiency Level 6 or equivalent).
* Hold a current Senior First Aid Certificate (including CPR) with at least 12 months validity.
* Maintain impeccable personal grooming and presentation.
* Be able to swim 50 metres unaided while fully clothed and tread water for 3 minutes.
* Meet the height requirement of 163cm to 183cm.
* Successfully complete a comprehensive pre‐employment health assessment, including drug and alcohol screening.
* Hold a current driver's licence and have the ability to obtain an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC).
* Hold a valid passport with a minimum of 18 months' validity.
* Be an Australian citizen/permanent resident or a New Zealand citizen.
