About The Role
Our mission is to make lives better and happier, especially for the aging and disabled community, enabling them to live fulfilling lives at home for as long as possible, doing what they love.
We provide 24/7 care, with visits scheduled early morning, afternoon, evening, or overnight to meet client needs.
Job Responsibilities
Provide genuine, compassionate, and personalized care experiences to clients
Assist with activities of daily living such as personal care, meal prep, light housekeeping, transportation, and companionship
Follow care plans developed by the Care Designer (Registered Nurse)
Ensure safety and proper use of equipment
Accurately complete records and documentation

Skills & Experience
Passionate about making a difference
Self-led with responsibility for own behavior and success
Coachable
Previous caregiving experience is an asset
Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus
Ability to report client concerns effectively
Reliable transportation; ownership of a vehicle is advantageous
Mandatory Requirements
Minimum Cert III in Aged Care, Community Support, Individual Support, or Disability, or extensive industry experience
National Police Check (Aged Care/Vulnerable Persons Sector)
Working With Children Check
NDIS Worker Orientation Module Completion
NDIS Clearance
