Job Description
As a Marketing Strategist, you will manage a diverse portfolio of clients across e-commerce and service industries. You will develop and execute marketing strategies across channels like Meta, Google, and TikTok, focusing on client retention and growth. You will collaborate with internal specialists in content creation, email marketing, Google, and SEO to deliver integrated marketing solutions. A deep understanding of lead generation, e-commerce, and client relationship management is essential. You will analyze campaign performance, nurture client relationships, and drive innovation within the marketing landscape.
Tasks & Responsibilities
Manage client relationships across e-commerce and service industries.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary contact and ensuring satisfaction.
Communicate strategic decisions and educate clients on internal processes.
Conduct regular updates and reporting on campaign results and strategies.
Create tailored marketing strategies aligned with client goals.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute strategies.
Leverage data insights to optimize campaigns and exceed client expectations.
Develop 3-6 month marketing plans and adjust based on performance and trends.
Identify opportunities for growth and upselling.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
Proficiency in Shopify backend, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads.
Ability to develop and implement multi-channel marketing strategies.
Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign performance and optimize strategies.
Experience managing multiple client accounts and building client relationships.
Ability to work in cross-functional teams and lead projects.
Excellent communication skills to articulate strategies and results.
