We seek someone reliable, self-driven, and committed to exceeding client expectations.About the job :Prepare, plan, and execute audit assignments following Australian Auditing standards.Review client data preliminarily to identify issues for further investigation during audits.Conduct substantive tests of transactions and balances, raising issues or adjustments as needed.Prepare statutory financial statements in accordance with Australian Accounting Standards.Draft management letters and audit reports for managerial review.Create clear, well-organized, and easy-to-understand workpapers.About you :Knowledge of superannuation principles, strategies, and legislation.Relevant tertiary qualifications, ideally with CA or equivalent qualifications in progress.1-2 years of external audit experience, preferably from an Australian Big 4 or mid-tier firm.Client-centric approach with curiosity about clients' businesses.Strong project and time management skills, capable of handling multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.Team player with the ability to work independently when necessary.High attention to detail.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.At Forvis Mazars, we value culture as much as commercial success.
