What we need from you
* Preferred 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in a Property Management role
* Agents Representative Certificate ( or willing to complete it within a month) and a valid police check
* Victorian driver's licence and a reliable car
* Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work & ability to effectively manage multiple interactions
* Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure, managing conflicting priorities and tight deadlines
* Innovative spirit: a person with a growth mindset who can leverage creativity to find unique solutions to everyday tasks
* Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Intermediate computer skills in various software and web-based applications (Google Suite, Notion, Asana, PME, IEX)
* Adapt to change within a fast-paced work environment
* Positive attitude and a team player
* Customer experience leader, continuously looking for ways to improve the customer experience with Hybrid
* Professional presentation and a pride in representing the business well

About the Role
* Collaborating with our Melbourne and overseas property management and leasing team
* Conducting property inspections and meeting prospective renters
* Assisting with condition reports and ensuring properties are well presented and compliant
* Attending routine inspections alongside rental providers and representing Hybrid professionally
* Processing rental applications accurately and in line with company procedures
* Preparing and managing property advertisements across relevant platforms
* Supporting the wider team with day-to-day leasing and administrative tasks
* Following established systems and contributing ideas to improve processes and customer experience
* Ongoing engagement with our 50 Real Estate Agency partners through exciting networking ventures
* Escalation management of inbound customer enquiries
