Job Overview
This role focuses on conducting professional assessments for candidates applying to join the ADF. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with experienced psychologists and a dedicated bookings team to ensure that all assessments meet the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct comprehensive pre-employment psychological assessments for candidates applying to join the ADF.
* Collaborate with a national team of experienced psychologists to ensure that assessments are conducted in accordance with ADF standards.
* Apply robust clinical governance principles to ensure the integrity of all assessments.
Essential Qualifications
* Registered Psychologist with unrestricted AHPRA registration.
* Minimum 2 years of clinical experience.
* Confidence in independent assessments of adult clients.
* Australian citizenship is essential for ADF contracts.
* Ability to obtain a National Police Check and Working With Children Check (WWCC).
