Family Support Specialist Role

The Family Support Specialist will work collaboratively with families to identify and prioritize their presenting needs and provide intensive support interventions. Key responsibilities include:

* Developing strategic engagement plans for families experiencing domestic and family violence.
* Conducting home visits and continually assessing risk and child protection concerns.
* Identifying, developing and maintaining comprehensive case management plans and goals with families so child protection concerns are addressed.

A bachelor's degree in a human services-related field is required, along with working knowledge of domestic violence issues and experience collaborating with service providers.
