Salesforce Marketing Automation Technical Architect
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Marketing Automation Technical Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimisation of enterprise-grade marketing automation ecosystems.
This role plays a critical part in transforming customer engagement through seamless orchestration of campaigns, real-time personalisation, and data-driven decision-making.
The ideal candidate will possess 5–8 years of hands-on experience in marketing automation, martech integration, and platform architecture, as well as skills in SQL, REST/SOAP API design, and development lifecycle and deployment.
A key aspect of this position is architecting and designing omnichannel marketing automation and personalisation solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
* Architecting SFMC implementations, including Email, Journey, Mobile, and Automation Studio.
* Unifying customer data with Salesforce Data Cloud for segmentation and predictive insights.
* Managing governance, performance, upgrades, and licensing across martech platforms.
* Connecting CRMs, CDPs, analytics tools, and databases via REST/SOAP APIs.
