As a retail store manager, you will play a pivotal role in creating a dynamic community at our head quarters retail store. Your primary responsibility will be to coach and build a world-class team that embodies our values and educates our customers on our products.
Key Responsibilities
* Team Development: Foster a culture of continuous improvement, on-the-floor mentoring, and coaching to ensure your team is equipped with the necessary skills to succeed.
* Leadership: Manage and lead a diverse team, facilitate trainings, and team meetings to drive business success.
You will also be responsible for:
* Community Engagement: Create a local community for your store and develop strategies to engage and drive the LSKD community into your space.
* Event Planning: Design and facilitate in-store events to connect with customers and enhance their brand experience.
Additionally, you will:
* Business Ownership: Own your business by managing and measuring store success based on key KPIs.
* Performance Analysis: Deliver weekly and monthly reflections on business performance, strengths, and opportunities.
* Operations Management: Plan floor coverage, maintain efficiency and effectiveness of floor operations, and execute daily and weekly stock level maintenance.
