Executive Assistant – General Manager, Retail Banking at Westpac Group. Full-time, permanent opportunity based in Sydney, NSW.
This role is a high-impact, strategic partner position that combines executive orchestration, operational precision and relationship influence. You will run the General Manager of Retail Banking’s full operating rhythm – short, medium and long-term – ensuring priorities, decisions, meetings, travel and strategic cycles are flawlessly managed with zero surprises. You’ll prepare high-quality briefs, communications and performance materials while protecting the GM’s time and elevating leadership effectiveness.
Responsibilities
* Act as a trusted connector across senior leaders and stakeholders.
* Coordinate the GM’s priorities, meetings, travel and strategic cycles to ensure flawless execution.
* Prepare briefs, communications and performance materials, maintaining high-quality and confidentiality.
* Anticipate needs, exercise sound judgment and apply critical thinking to keep the organization aligned.
* Deliver seamless execution, coordinate key events and projects, and turn ideas into outcomes that drive the business forward.

* Sound EA experience; you are a seasoned EA and can navigate senior environments confidently.
