Key Responsibilities
Maintain and manage a central events calendar to support clear planning across jurisdictions.
Coordinate venues, catering, AV, travel, and promotional materials.
Provide administrative support including diary management, travel coordination, and financial processing.
Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless communication and event delivery.
Supervise casual support staff assisting with materials and logistics as needed.
Assist the Executive Assistant with graduate administration, documentation and records.
Monitor enrolments, attendance, and completion data, and prepare summary reports.
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive National Administration and Engagement Support Officer to work collaboratively with our Jurisdictional Heads and Head of Industry Engagement and Partnerships. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth delivery of national programs and events while supporting consistent communication and engagement across all states. Based at our Head Office in Melbourne, you'll coordinate logistics, resources, and communications to support national and jurisdictional programs, events and stakeholder activities. You'll work closely with teams including Facilities, Marketing, Finance, and IT, to ensure that each event, meeting, or initiative runs smoothly and reflects our high standards of professionalism and care.
About You
Minimum 3 years' experience in administration, preferably in Higher Education or TAFE.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, and scheduling / project management tools.
Excellent communication, coordination and relationship-building skills.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
A Diploma in Business Administration or related qualification (or equivalent experience).
Willingness to travel interstate occasionally.
