Responsibilities
* Lead the full‑time Senior Account Director role, reporting directly to the Managing Director.
* Develop integrated, cross‑channel communications strategies that deliver measurable growth for our core clients.
* Mentor, coach and develop a high‑performance team, with dedicated development check‑ins every quarter.
* Drive earned creative, PR, digital and social solutions for clients across sectors.
Qualifications
* Minimum 8 years industry and agency experience.
* Expert earned strategist, integrated pro and growth delivery.
* Passionate mentor and leader with big brand consumer and corporate experience.
* Strong strategic, creative and client‑delivery execution.
